Half Ice Broomball:
Our half ice program takes place at the Mimi DiPietro Family Skating center from January to March.  Helmets and sticks are available to anyone needing them. We recommend people using their own helmets as the rink provided ones are not safe.
Basic Rules: 4 quarters of 9 minute running clock. 5 runners on the ice, plus 1 goalie. There must be two women on the ice at all times. Should a team be short a woman, they will play a person down. There are 2 offensemen, 2 defensemen, and 1 rover, which can go anywhere. A woman must tough the ball in the offensive zone for it to be considered live. If a goal is scored before a woman touches the ball the goal will be disallowed. This is the case for the first 3 quarters. The 4th quarter is all live; meaning, after the faceoff all runners can go anywhere. There is no gender requirement to make the ball live. However, the ball must be across the midline to count as a goal.
This is a team registration league.

Mondays: January through March. No games on MLK or President's Day. This offering is a no broomball shoes league. Game times are 6:30 and 7:15pm. It is an 8 team league, with the top 6 making playoffs. Registration fees include 6 guaranteed games, plus playoffs for eligible teams. Fees also included ref fees.

Tuesdays:  This is a broomball shoes league. All game times are 7:00pm

Full Ice Broomball:
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The game consists of two 18 minute stop clock halves. We require all players to wear hockey or lacrosse helmets. No bike helmets are allowed. Players must wear hand protection. Other protective equipment we recommend but do not require are elbow, shin/knee protection. All plastic protective wear must be covered by clothing such as pants/sleeves/socks. Broomball shoes are required. We offer a limited amount of protective equipment and shoes for new players. All teams are drafted. We allow players to have one draft/carpool buddy unless otherwise noted. We do this to make the teams more even from season to season. The rules are essentially the same for each full ice program with varying differences indicated to the right.
This is an individual registration league.

The Baltimore Beltway Bash Full Ice Draft Tournament
This is a fun draft tournament we host at the Reisterstown Sportsplex annually. It is a one day affair usually the first or second Saturday in June. Anyone who has ever played full ice in Reisterstown, Baltimore, or DC no matter how long ago, are eligible to participate. We typically have 5 teams. Weather permitting we have lawn games outside the rink, and we always invite a food truck regardless of the weather. The rules are the same as our club sessions.

Ball Hockey:
We look to launch this program July 2026. The plan is to have our games take place on the tennis courts in front of the Mimi DiPietro Family Skating Center located at Patterson Park. The rules will follow our half ice broomball program, which are as follows...
We are still determining if this will be a team or individual registration.
